After investigating this matter, I can see you failed to notify us of all of your medical conditions at the time of purchase, which led to the inaccurate calculation of your premium. You then contacted us to rectify this error and apply all of those medical conditions which are required, to your insurance and because of this, an increase was made to the risk assessment and therefore the premium associated with your policy. I understand the confusion regarding the additional premium requested, however, I can see no wrongdoing by Leisure Guard. Given the clarification provided, would you consider revising your review?
