I've bought Leisure Guard holiday insurance for a few years now. Thankfully not needed to claim on the cover but I find it comprehensive and suits our needs.

Leisure Guard is not the claims handler. Claims will be dealt with by AXA and their contact details are in your policy documentation if the need should arise.
The review invite was to gain feedback on the level of service received during the actual sale of the policy so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
