Very straight forward to get a extremely competitive quote
Geographical area on the certificate didn't show my destination morocco so I had to call the customer services to confirm my cover. A small inconvenience.

We have noted your comments, but would you be able to elaborate on this so that we can identify the issue please?
If this relates to the fact you are unable to access these yourself, this is correct. We do not yet have a facility for customers to access policy documents but this is currently in development. If it relates to not receiving these after purchase, i can see that an automated email was sent to you on 16th July 2023 containing your policy documentation and our records suggest these have been received and opened.

Notwithstanding, can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase? If so, please let us know of any other issues or if you were happy with the service, please re-rate the review based on this.
