I can see that your policy documentation was sent to you on 21st July 2023 but we were notified by our email provider on 24th July 2023 that delivery of the policy documents was blocked by your firewall and so were not delivered. I have arranged for a postal copy to be sent to you and one of our advisors will follow up to confirm receipt. I note that you have mentioned everything else was fine, but can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
