Our records show that your policy documents were received by your email server on 31st August, but the comments in your review appear to suggest otherwise. It is possible they may have been delivered to your junk folder. Please confirm if you still do not have a copy of your policy documents and i will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you. Aside from this, can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase? Im just trying to clarify if it was just the website that didn't recognise your policy number or if this is what you were told by an advisor. In any event, I have passed your details over to AXA, who are the claims handler. If you haven't yet been successful in logging your claim, i will ensure that a member of the claims team contacts you to discuss further.
