Thank you for your feedback. From your comments, i understand the issues are twofold, but would it be possible to elaborate on the comments around greater flexibility on medical criteria please? When you say premium payment confirmation, are you referring to your policy documents? If so, our records suggest that they were sent by email and received on 3rd September, possibly shortly after this review was left but again, please confirm if my assumption is correct or if i have misunderstood.
