I awarded 4 stars not 5 as the site wouldn't allow me to purchase on line and I had to make phone call, lasting about 30 m. Having said that the customer service I received was excellent.

I have looked into this and understand that there was unfortunately an unexpected issue with the payment being taken and i apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have not experienced a similar occurrence since, but nevertheless have raised it with our payment gateway provider for further investigation.
I can see that the policy has now been issued and trust that documents have been received but if not, please advise us accordingly at leisureguard@rockinsurance.com.

I checked our automated document issuing system and it suggests that your policy documents were sent and opened on 28th September 2023, but i will also arrange for a PDF copy to be emailed to you as soon as possible. If this does not arrive within 24 hours, please let us know at leisureguard@rockinsurance.com
