I was trying to press 5 star to start with, the process and price of the insurance with the coverage provided was very good, however you never really know how good it is unless you have to claim.
VFS had issues with their certificate. Other insurers provide proper certificate with cover and features but not leisure guard. Embassy asked for cover, winter sports and others which were not...

Im sorry to hear of the inconvenience and apologise for any caused.
I suspect we may need to review an exact copy of the certificate you received because the certificate itself is taken from a template which i have reviewed and appears in working order so this may be an issue with the formatting. I have your email address so i will ensure that a representative from our Service Delivery team contacts you to discuss this further.
What information in particular did you need to present to the Embassy? We are normally able to accommodate any requests to provide information in a bespoke format, did you contact us to request this?
Finally, i appreciate your concerns over a separate PDF certificate. This is something currently in progress and we are in the final stages of development and hope to have this live very soon.

Sorry was harsh. Certificate didn't mention medical cover limit so had to provide 51 pager policy document. Rest all is fine but you guys should provide concise pdf certificate mentioning covid, medical cover limit, geographical limit, winter cover. Printing mail along with policy documents makes it too long.

As i said, we are looking to release a new look certificate shortly which will be a separate downloadable PDF but if you are required to present a bespoke document upon arrival to any destination country in the future, please contact us beforehand and we will be happy to try and accommodate where we can.
