The lady whose name was Gift took the time to answer all my questions and was quite thorough in explaining the medical side of it which was important to myself and husband. Also price was acceptable.

I have reviewed your sales journey and can see that there were IT issues when reaching the medical screening section of the application process on your mobile. There should have been, as you say, a section to allow you to input any medical condition required but i can see now that you were presented with an error message.
This error was unusual and unexpected so this has been raised to our IT teams to be investigated as a matter of urgency and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
