Im keen to understand so as to either clarify or address to avoid any future occurrences. The marketing message you received should have applied the discount automatically when following the link in the email and the offer does not apply to a specific type of cover. The only prerequisite to receive this discount is that the customer purchases a policy from Leisure Guard directly and not through a price comparison website. I can see that the discount amount has been retrospectively added to your policy so you should be receiving this back within the next 5 - 7 working days, if you havent already.
