Our records show that your policy documentation was posted to your home address on 15th December, which i accept was a Friday, however should be received today, if they haven't been already. I can see that you purchased your policy through a price comparison website and unfortunately we did not receive the notification that you had requested postal policy documents initially, so i apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. To offer reassurance, you do still have an active policy that will offer cover for the duration of the trip dates you have advised. If there are any problems whatsoever while on your trip or upon your return, you can access your policy documentation via your confirmation email on your phone or tablet or alternatively, please contact us at Leisure guard either by phone or email at leisureguard@rockinsurance.com and we will be happy to assist in any way we can. I can explain this in more detail if required, as another contributing factor relates to the website that you purchased your original policy from, but i am unable to do so on the public domain as id need to divulge policy and medical information because data protection regulation restricts me from doing this. Aside from this, the review invite is designed to capture your feedback on the service received during the initial purchase of the policy so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
