Further to the above, i note that you have recently cancelled your policy based on the review feedback you have seen. I am sorry that this is the case and in the absence of any claim made against your policy, i sincerely regret that we have lost a customer based on others feedback. I can confirm that Leisure Guard only have a verification process for the Feefo review site, meaning that we can guarantee any review left on Feefo will be from a verified customer of Leisure Guard. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please contact us and i will investigate further. I appreciate that this may not alter your decision, and nor do i expect it to, but please do consider Leisure Guard in the future as i hope to have the opportunity to change your perception.
