So while im pleased to see that the sale was quick and easy, Leisure Guard do not handle claims, your claims handler will be AXA. I can see the call recording when you actually cancelled the policy but have been unable to locate any other instance of telephone contact prior to this in order to look into your other concerns relating to customer service. Would you be able to confirm the approximate dates of the calls and the number you called from please?
