The Star rating appears to be associated with claims. I wasn't making one. Apart from that happy to give a 5 Star rating

Yes, the star rating applies to the level of service received when purchasing or ease of purchase, not claims. If thats the case, i appreciate the response but would it be possible to amend the star rating on your review please?
