very helpful with my booking by phone as the online booking system kept showing a one night stay although I had booked three. The only problem I had was with the operators head set I kept loosing her...
could not book parking on internet keep putting £15 on when should have been £10 so phoned and the girl on the phone was very helpful and booked every think over the phone for me
