Oliver was extremely polite and helpful. He checked my queries re the hotel booking direct with the hotel. I needed to change the dates and he did it with no fuss, giving me sensible options....

I think phoning up to book was a good experience, was easy and helpful and they were very polite. I struggled to book online with changing the park entry day so I felt a lot more comfortable talking...
Quick and easy , good info especially about the extras what could of been add and booked in advance , simply process

Reasonably easy to use website.Was able to change the dates without having to start all over again. Not much information about parking at hotel - needs to say when you can enter car park and leave...
The website said there were no rooms available, and when I tried for a different date I was only offered a family room. There seemed no on-line option to ask for 2 separate rooms. The phone line...
