Effortless
Spoke to a lovely friendly girl on the phone who handled by booking exceptionally and nothing was an issue. If our stay goes as well I will be more than happy
Very simple and easy but would be nice if there was an option to select multiple hotels enabling a comparison rather then having to jump back or forward to compare facilities
easy to follow instructions and moved through screens effortlessly, The choice of hotel and booking parking facilities again easy to follow and excellent choice.
Quick answer when called with query. Website could be better!
Telephone was answered quickly when I called with a query. Online booking service could do with work. It wouldn't load each click through page on my phone and on the desktop version it kept loading...

Our general overall experience was great very friendly and kids really enjoyed themselves and safe to run around
