We are aware that customers who use our storage services have different access requirements and I am sorry that our Sunday opening times were not long enough for you. We try and balance up all our customers access needs and set our opening times appropriately. We will definitely take on board your comments in considering a change to our opening hours especially at weekends. We were very sorry that the lift was out of order when you moved in. As a consequence of the breakdown we had called the engineer to come out to repair it but they could not attend site until Monday morning. We are sorry for the inconvenience and I appreciate that you had to temporarily put your belongings in a holding area on the ground floor until the lift was repaired. As a gesture of goodwill, I have credited your account with 1 week of free storage in compensation for any inconvenience. Our apologies again and thank you for your comments. Thank you so much for your feedback and I am sorry that your experience of Kangaroo has not been to your satisfaction. Our Dundee store is open 7 days a week and we are the only store in Dundee that is open on a Sunday. We listen to our customers comments, adapting our service to meet their needs and, in the case of our opening hours, all our customers seem happy to operate within these hours. Our opening hours are explained to all customers when they move in, so that they are fully aware of the access times. For future reference, the store is open: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-4pm Sun 10am-2pm I am sorry that you also feel that the product is 'not as described' as we have had thousands of customers that have stored with us, who have been very happy with product that we provide from our state-of-the-art storage centre. In fact, our Dundee store was the first purpose built storage centre in Scotland. Thank you so much for spending time providing us with feedback on our service and product, your comments are invaluable. Your comment with regard to the lift is very timely as we have recently instructed a second lift to be installed that will be completed in a few months time. This will make access to the 1st & 2nd floors far easier for customers when the store is busy. With regard to the sharp edge that you refer to on the door jamb, this was immediately logged by the Centre Manager and will be repaired when we next have access to the storage room. As this sharp edge is on the inside of the room we can only deal with this when you vacate the room.
