Thank you so much for your comments and feedback. I am sorry you thought the floor was marked/scratched. As you can imagine our storage rooms get a lot of wear, hence we have a rolling programme of floor painting. It may have been that you were in a room that was due for painting, so I apologise for condition of the floor not being up to our normal high standard. Again, your feedback is invaluable to us.
