Thank you so much for your feedback this is hugely appreciated and valued. I am sorry that you thought the store needed sweeping. We pride ourselves that the store is always looking clean and tidy. I can only assume that the store was very busy with the rush of student move ins around the time of you coming into store with us and perhaps the staff had not had a chance to tidy as often as they do.
