Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. I am sorry to see that you found the fabric on the dress itchy and of a poor quality. We always like feedback form our customers as it enables us to improve the product offered, and to see what our customers really want, so I have passed thes points through to the buyers, and these points will help in future selection where we will make sure the fabrics are not itchy and are of a better quality. At Joe Browns we do try to offer a selection of products that are different to the high street, so I was pleased to see that we are different, but sorry to see that our length of products was not always as wanted and that the wraparound did not hang properly. I have passed your comments through to the buying and QC department, who will check to see how the item can be improved for fit, and will make any changes needed to the fit for future orders. I am sorry that certain items did not come up to your expectations and I have passed the comments through to the relative buying teams, who will look at the denim used in the jeans and cotton for the shirts. The pistachio shirt may soften on washing, but again we will look at this. With regard to sizes offered we are looking all the time to increase this, and as we grow so will the numbers of options increase also.
