Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. I was disappointed to read that the Bracelet did not match the image shown. Where we get comments like this, we check the items concerned and where necessary we re photograph the item. The website can be updated immediately, the catalogue has to wait for the next print run.We are now checking this, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. I hope you have a great summer. Thank you for takung the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns, and I was disappointed to that you think the clothes are not as they look in the catalogue and that the descriptions are not accurate. We do try to get the images on the web and in the catalogue to be as the product, and where we get products that do not apperar as their images, we re photograph the item and alter accordingly.Alot of the descriptions are written to be a fun way of trying to describe a product, so sorry if you feel these have been oversell. We are now looking at the images of the items you have ordered and will alter any changes needed. Again thanks for your comments, and I am sorry that the items were not up to your expectations. We are very pleased that you enjoy shopping with us, it makes all the hard work worthwhile, but were disappointed to heare about the colour of the boots not being as the catalogue or website. I am wondering if the wrong item has been sent as we have not had this problem before.If you are not happy with the boots please send them back and we can see what has gone wrong and either exchange or reimburse you.
