Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback about using House Sitters Canada. I'm very sorry that your house sitter cancelled your arrangement at this late stage as we do appreciate the stress that this would cause. To clarify, House Sitters Canada has a strict policy that all homes and properties must be fully vacant of all people other than the sitters for the entire duration of the sit. This includes other people staying on the property, as well as ‘drop ins’ from yourself or others. We would be happy to offer you a refund for your membership if this is the case, and therefore you wouldn't be able to engage a house sitter via our platform.
