Thank you for leaving a review for House Sitters Canada. I am sorry that your house sitters cancelled with such short notice and for the stress this would have caused. While we understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances that require a house sit to be cancelled, a house sitter should not be cancelling a house sit once it has been confirmed unless there are significant issues that require this to occur. We have been in contact with you directly about your concerns and are investigating this with the sitters involved. We certainly only want sitters operating in a respectful manner using our site. It is good to know that you received some lovely responses from other house sitters but I'm sorry that they weren't available for your house sit.
