Was sent the wrong bed but couldn't confirm this until we sent them a picture of the bed that was delivered. The bed we ordered arrived nearly a week later but they did say we could use the wrong one...

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies for the wrong bed being delivered as this was an agency driver we used and he delivered you the wrong order. As discussed we delivered the following week when it was suitable for you. I am pleased that you were able to use the wrong bed in the gap between the re delivery.

I was told the day my bed would be delivered which was great, but it never turned up & no one bothered to tell me.
It was then delivered a week later, but no one told me about that either!

Thank you for your review. I am pleased the product looks good in the room. We did try to contact you but the contact number we were given was wrong and we emailed re the delivery details but no one replied to our email.

Good price, I understand you can't have all these made and in stock but the lead time was long (although you said it would be)

Thank you for your review. I am so happy that you would recommend our product and that you are pleased with the quality. I am sorry that the lead time was four weeks and we are trying to reduce this but am a victim of our success and will not cut corners to speed things up. We are in the process of installing a line in production to cut lead times.

The delivery was made on the arranged day but was the last drop and was at 5.23 PM. I am sorry but we cannot give timed deliveries but did advise it was the last delivery of the day and would be between 4-6PM.

Matresses turned up too late to be useful for us, despite a promise for delivery by a certain date. The courier then missed the delivery date again and left us with no matresses on beds 1 hour before...

Please accept my sincere apologies for this. As discussed when you placed the order we cover your area every Thursday and at it was Wednesday afternoon and was to late to send for the next day.
We were put in a position to agree as you needed it for the weekend to send via courier but did explain we could not control the delivery time of this and that we would not normally deliver in this way as it is out of our control.
With relation to the mattress this is the same as you purchased 18 months ago so cannot see that it would be any different.
