Thank you for your review. I take your comments on board and this is one of the reasons we always book in the deliveries as we send all deliveries with one driver as porters are normally available to unload the lorry. I am pleased that you though this was value for money. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review.I am sorry that you feel like this as we did explain at the time of ordering that there would be 3 deliveries as the products you choose came from different suppliers and that we could not guarantee the delivery day. Regarding the bed we did explain that this was a delivery to the front door as the drivers were not insured to carry it into the house. I am pleased that you find the bed comfortable and that now the whole process is at an end that you are very happy. Jamie Welch
