Hot Diamonds คำวิจารณ์

Dear Customer, I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. If the chain is not 'shiny', it may mean that it is slightly discolored or tarnished. Please feel free to send it back to for a replacement or full refund following the free returns instructions in the delivery note. If two payments have been taken, there must have been a glitch in the system or perhaps the payment information had been entered twice. This hardly ever happens at Hot Diamonds and we will be more than happy to resolve it for you. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to follow up. My sincere apologies for all the disappointment and inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Agnes
