Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase. We do try to use a mixture of still life and model images online to best reflect the Jewellery, unfortunately we did not have a model image available for this particular pendant. I can assure you that we are working on adding more images and also the measurements to the lines were these are missing. My sincere apologies again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
