Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to review our service - we really appreciate it. Thank you also for the 5 star review, we are so pleased you had a good experience. We just wanted to explain why we do not take our jewellery out of the protective wrapping when we send it through to you. The reason is, this wrapping is designed to keep the jewellery 100% pristine when it's in transit. We like to know that, when you receive your jewellery it is absolutely perfect and this wrapping gives us the confidence we need. Having said that, we are sorry that you were not 100% happy with this approach and we understand where you're coming from. Thank you again for your feedback and thank you for shopping with us.
