Not received my order yet.

Arrived a lot sooner than expected

Excellent service, beautifully packaged. Definitely my favourite on-line jeweller.

Way less packaging I have to pay for grrr

Arrived earlier than quoted. Packaged well The order was exactly what was described and very well presented. Great prices

Arrived really quickly, however the amount of packaging for a pair of earrings is disgraceful! This needs to be looked at as it was completely over the top in a box nearly 30cm in length!!

Good choice and quality with prompt delivery. Parcelforce updates could be better though.

Easy to order, delivered quickly and packaged really lovely

Very easy to use website , could tick a box for gift so no prices on invoice for recipient to see.

Bought for my friend's teenage daughter. Website said it takes 5 working days to USA. Still waiting. Update: Finally arrived. My friend sent me a photo and I thought the bracelet looked a lot...
