Dear valued customer, We are so sorry that you have been asked for a review before we dispatched your order! We are looking into why you were sent a review invitation before receipt of goods and will correct this issue. As you will have seen on our website, we closed our warehouse from 24th December to 4th January to give our staff a well-earned rest and to facilitate them spending time with their families over Christmas. We are now back to our usual ‘same day dispatch’ service. Our customer services team will be in contact with you directly as we want to make sure you are 100% happy with everything. Your order was dispatched yesterday and is out for delivery today. We really hope you love the jewels! Kind regards, Adryan.
