Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that these earrings are smaller than you expected them to be. We do include the dimensions on the website copy, just so our customers have actual measurements as well as an image to judge from. I appreciate that you feel the photograph is misleading, and I am sorry that you do, but it is just a genuine photograph of the earrings on a model, which you can see when you 'zoom in' on the earring itself. I'd like to reassure you that we never exaggerate the size of our jewellery on our model shots, as we would never wish to mis-lead our customers. We are always striving to ensure the customer experience we offer is second-to-none and part of this is to ensure the accuracy of all images and data on our website. To ensure the angle of the earrings on the website image did not cause a general perception of them being larger than is the case, I have reviewed the other 6 other reviews of this item from previous customers. To be honest, they seem very positive and so it looks as though most customers did not feel the item was different to expectations. However, of course I would like to apologise that you felt disappointed when you received these earrings. Unhappy customers make us unhappy, and so our customer services team will do what they can to put this right for you! Kind regards,
