Hot Diamonds คำวิจารณ์

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. The reason we separate the chain and pendant into separate bags is to keep them protected and avoid tarnishing during delivery. We are really sorry the pendant was smaller than expected, we do try to include both still life and model images to best reflect our jewellery and include actual dimensions on the website to help customers get the most accurate information before purchasing. You are more than welcome to return your order for free, following the instructions on your delivery note, for a full refund. Kind Regards, Kirsty
