Great products, fast delivery, lovely gift wrap

Excellent service Hit Diamonds 👏🏻 Easy to use website, quick delivery, and very pleased with the product upon delivery with gorgeous wrapping

Good experience with website, quickish delivery. So much unnecessary packaging. Lovely item, but I didn't need all the packaging, could you perhaps charge a nominal fee for those needing packaging? ...

Amazing service, placed order and items were delivered two days later. My jewellry is beautiful, excellent quality.

My order was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the item I ordered it is exactly as described

Fantastic customer service! Wrong item received for a gift and isolating, so couldn't return yet. New item sent immediately!

The amount of packaging used for a tiny pair of earrings was obscene and wasteful! You should offer a basic reduced packaging service. Disappointing, especially as the earrings are really nice

From placing my order to my order being delivered I was kept up to dat each step of the way. Parcel arrived free delivery via Evri and all fine. Have shopped with Hot Diamonds before and will again....
