Good Morning, Many thanks for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you have experienced a delivery issue in the US, this is understandably disappointing. Your order was sent on Royal Mails International tracked and signed service and then passed over to their delivery partner in the US. Unfortunately, we have no control over how they deliver parcels which can be frustrating. I can see that you have been in correspondence with our customer services team and we have offered to send out another order free of charge.
