Good Morning. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am really sorry that the parcel arrived damaged. Unfortunately we do not have control over what happens to the orders in transit but we are always happy to replace any damaged packaging and Jewellery. Looking at the tracking history, your parcel was dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday, for standard delivery this is not late. I am sorry if you expected it to arrive sooner. I am also really sorry that you are disappointed with the bracelet. Your are more than welcome to return your order free of charge for a full refund, following the free returns instructions on your delivery note.
