We try to use a mixture of still life and model images online to best reflect the jewellery, however, the colour of the gemstones may vary in real life as the stones are natural. Thank you for returning it. Have you contacted us with regards to the earrings? As a rule we do not accept earrings back unless faulty due to hygiene reasons, however, we are able to make exceptions on some occasions. A member of customer services will be in touch to follow up.
