Thanks for your email. I've had a quick look at your order and can see that your order was dispatched on a next day delivery. According to the tracking information, the delivery failed because nobody was present to sign for the consignment. When a delivery fails, it is automatically attempted on the next working day which in this case was the Monday. If you have any problems in the future with deliveries, may I ask that you contact us direct and we'll speak with the couriers on your behalf.
