They always tend to be consistent - so I'm going to be really annoying and say that you've been really unlucky in this instance. We would have happily replaced this for you, I know that gesture may seem a little late now, but it's worth bearing in mind that we're always here to help and always happy to help If there's ever anything you need in the future, please let me know.
