I'm sorry there were issues with the tolex when the cabinet arrived, I can see from the order that the cabinet was sold at a reduced price and it should have been made clear that there may have been a cosmetic issue with the unit. I imagine you were speaking with Paul who is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things Fender! Unfortunately we're not always able to take payment over the phone, this comes down to various card protection schemes (verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code etc) but hopefully you found the website nice and easy to navigate.
