Thanks for your feedback. With regards to delivery on a weekend, we offer a Saturday delivery service which can be selected at the checkout. In terms of the quality of the instrument, I'm very sorry to hear you're so unhappy with it. I can see from your order that you have been delivered a brand new boxed model from Epiphone. The guitar is not advertised as being supplied with accessories and the string will have been brand new. Any additional accessories are available online.
