Gray Line Iceland คำวิจารณ์

Thank you for your feedback. According to records your ticket for our transfer was checked out at the time the flight was scheduled to arrive, must have been ahead of schedule, which is certainly nice. The first coach would depart 30-40 minutes after flight arrival and take the 45-50 minute drive into Reykjavik and need 15 minutes or so for our smaller shuttle to take you to the downtown area. Unfortunate that this seems to have taken more time than you expected. We try our best to make this shared transfer from the airport as smooth as possible.

Thank you for your feedback, it is very valuable to us. We don't want anyone to feel disappointed, can you please advise where you saw the adverts that you felt were misleading? If you can send us this information it would be very appreciated. This tour does not include ice caves and none of the descriptions should mention ice caves being visited, but if there is incorrect or misleading information somewhere we want to fix it. The admission to the thermal pool in Húsafell is a complimentary addition to the tour, giving guests the opportunity to relax with the locals in a classic countryside pool with geothermally heated water.
