Thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies for not being able to contact you for the cancellation of your tour. February 26th was not an ordinary day where we had to cancel most of our morning departures due to a record breaking snowfall when even our own staff was not able to come to their working stations being snowed in in most residential areas. Glad you were able to join our afternoon departure 2 hours later and that we were able to reschedule your tour. I do hope that the tour was enjoyable

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that our Golden Circle tour was postponed due to heavy snowfall in the Reykjavik area. Due to the snowstorm we were short of staff who were actually snowed in in some residential areas and could not contact some of the passengers to reschedule their tours. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. It is truly regrettable that our airport shuttle driver was impatient with you and did not explain the delay in departure of the coach. Normally we will have a departure at the latest 40 minutes after each flight arrival and during the afternoon until early evening more frequent departures during the busiest times.
