Service and speed is great. However we do get a lot of drop outs and it’s annoying especially when you have kids!

Poor reliability, communication & customer service
Over a year of very unreliable Wi-Fi.Waited in for 2 days for an engineer to come. No one came on either day . No communication to advise me of this & then the problem was resolved remotely.

Excellent
Excellent service. Your staff were knowledgeable and helpful and got us up and running quickly. Please don’t ever offshore your call centre.

Same old same old
Same old ISP type service of giving existing customers pricing that's x2 a new customer. Even on request of a better price, still 50% over and above. Speed of service has been 10-20% of that...

Look for any other suppliers
Customer service is awful and the hardware supplied with a 1gb has a very poor WiFi range. The connection is unstable with regular outages.

Reliable and consistent
Very reliable connection and consistent speed. If there is to be a short planned outage I get a notification in advance.

I have put in a complaint about the installation and have elevated it to the Executive team and despite chasing up have still not received a response or even an acknowledgement. Poor customer service

Price quoted is what I am paying. Installation where I. Needed it was agreed and installation was quick and efficient. Could not fault it. Works as expected
