Always great connection and has never cut out. Incredible price for what you get and the customer service team are really helpful and do what they can to help you.

Unreliable so far, great when it works
Poor installation, 5 outages in 6 months and weak router
Answer your customers emails! Disgusting customer service
Very very poor! 3 days of downtime last month with no explanation or comment. Totally ignored tweets and Facebook requests for information.

No problems worked from day one.
Installation was on time and worked on time. Speeds have been very good slightly above what was promised.

Highly recommend
Great Customer Service. Friendly, efficient and felt well looked after. Cannot fault the engineers. The actual line is FANTASIC!! So fast and rarely drops out. Would highly recommend.
