Brilliant network

They were responsive and things work

My current broadband connection is good but I keep receiving details of Broadband high speed offers from gigaclear which when I enquire about them I am always told they are not available to existing...

No long service interruptions. Internet access usually good but not terribly fast at times and sometimes it drops out altogether.

The service goes down frequently and there is no communication on timescales.

Working fine as requested

Speed OK. Difficult to connect to system. Customer service poor. Generally user unfriendly

Streaming I get buffering

Does what it says on the tin. Happy with current price but apprehensive about when my current contract ends.

If i could have given no stars, i would have. I have been without broadband for 4 days now due to a mispatch by one of their engineers. I have just been told that it will be another 3 days before...
