Not sure about speeds
I check with the app. And the speeds are there. But checking online they are not.also when downloads are being downloaded the speed are not there either.
I dont understand why. I was updating a game...
do have trouble with intermittent connection several times a day most days.

Too long in a downtime scenario
Respond quicker to outages/repairs/diagnostics
Seemed poor internal communications and slow to escalate a problem to the next level of management to resolve . Took a call to CEO to get things moving
Service dropped out without warning several times and no text to explain what happened. Lost money trading on one occasion

Poor Service - both network stability and customer service
Gigaclear service drops out quite often. Have reported it many times. Gigaclear simply closes the case each time without contacting me to confirm resolution. And the issue still continues to...
Excellent service, extremely quick broadband, any issues you are notified of straight away. Only downside is the price which is certainly more than I would pay for ordinary fibre broadband.
