We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your tour. All tour operators will charge a single supplement for guests not sharing a room. Our tour pricing is based on double occupancy and the single supplement compensates the hotel for losses incurred because only one person is using a room. It is true that single rooms are often much smaller than double rooms, especially in Europe. But we appreciate your feedback and will review the hotels on this tour for improvement.
