Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to see that there were issues with your flights on Qantas. We always reserve the most direct flights available at time of booking. I'm sorry if the routing was not acceptable to you. I have contacted Qantas on your behalf (and everyone in your party) to request compensation for them moving you to a different flight without notice.
