I'm sorry for the frustration with arranging your flights. Vietnam and Cambodia is not an easy place to get to or from and we did make every effort to try to accommodate your requests for specific flights and services and the subsequent changes that followed. I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with your early arrival hotel nights and your flights. All of that information was forwarded to Trafalgar on the same day you notified us, however we were told that you were making your own way to and from the airport because you had made other hotel arrangements on your own.
